Beth graduated with a BSc in Forensic Science from the University of South Wales, with a strong emphasis on analytical chemistry. She has 6 years’ experience as an Analytical Scientist in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, working on drug product testing for products in early development, in clinical trials and those on the market. Beth specialised in analytical method development and validation, progressing to Analytical Development Team Leader.
Beth joined Catsci in 2018 as Analytical Lead for customer projects, where she has also used her experience in potent compound analysis to lead the roll-out of a potent material handling strategy. Beth advanced to the position of Group Analytical Leader for Cardiff and Dagenham in 2023, where she continues to utilise her analytical expertise whilst using her passion for people development to drive growth and continuous improvement within the team.
