CatSci is pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2020 BioNow Export award. We are thrilled that the hard work of our team is being recognised as we grow the capacity of the company to meet our customers’ needs and expectations whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of service.
The Export award recognises the use of innovative approaches in the development of biomedical services, equipment and products that can demonstrate export success, with a significant proportion of sales in international markets. To receive the award, a company must be able to demonstrate growth in export sales and the pioneering activities that have led to a successfully implemented export strategy.
CatSci has seen a considerable increase in exports in the last few years with an increasing number of partnerships with US- and EU-based small and large pharma. In 2019, 91% of CatSci’s business constituted exports, a 63% rise on the previous year. Our team is proud to be recognised for this significant increase, which came as a result of our focused internationalisation strategy, which is targeting key markets across the globe.
The Export award is one of the many accolades available as part of the BioNow annual awards. The prestigious awards showcase the best of the life science sector and honour those believed to be most deserving for their ingenuity and dedication. The winners will be announced during the virtual awards ceremony, which will take place next month on the 4th of February.
