CatSci is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Reach Separations. The acquisition of Reach Separations will enable CatSci to offer its global customers access to holistic chromatographic and separation services that will aid them from discovery through to manufacture, catering to full asset development or standalone projects.
As we integrate our business operations, we remain committed to maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, suppliers and business partners. This page provides important information regarding the transition process.
Changes You Need to Make

At this time, there are no changes with respect to notices in legal documents, contracting party or invoicing details for either legal entity CatSci Ltd or Reach Separations Ltd.
Business Continuity
During the integration period, it is our priority to ensure seamless business operations. Our suppliers, customers and business partners should expect no immediate changes to their day-to-day interactions with either CatSci or Reach Separations.
- Existing Contracts: All existing contracts and agreements will remain in effect. We will honour all current terms and conditions.
- Purchase Orders: Please continue to process and fulfil purchase orders as usual.
Payment Information
There are no immediate changes to our payment processes. Please continue to invoice or make payments as you currently do. Should there be any changes to invoicing or payment details and/or processes, you will be informed well in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
