Dr James Krupa

A peptide scientist with extensive experience in both academia and industry, James earned his PhD from the University of Nottingham, focusing on peptide-based MRI ligands for imaging protease activity. He continued as a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Medicine at Nottingham before spending seven years at Charnwood Discovery, contributing to small molecule R&D and subsequently leading peptide discovery projects for nearly four years. Now heading up CatSci’s new peptide lab, James applies his deep knowledge to drive innovative solutions in peptide synthesis and discovery.
