This summer, CatSci hosted an Analytical Science symposium entitled Advances in Analytical Chemistry: Safeguarding Human Health. This exciting free event consisted of three analytical science experts who delivered 25-minute presentations on cannabinoids and contaminants in waste water analysis, and trace analysis of pesticides in food. At the end of each talk, there was also time for the speakers to answer questions from attendees, and time allocated throughout the afternoon for networking sessions and roundtable discussions.
