CatSci is pleased to announce that our Talent Lead and Equality and Diversity Champion, Seb York, will be presenting at the LabLinks Digital Innovation in Recruitment event on 5th August 2021.

This free online event aims to help candidates learn how to stand out in a virtual world shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic. It will cover areas of social media, digital image, equality, diversity, alongside practical tips on CV writing and interview techniques. 

This event will be of interest to anyone wanting to start a career in the pharmaceutical development space.

Seb will be presenting a talk entitled “Innovations in Recruitment: What to Expect and How to Ace your Interview.” He will be discussing how CatSci altered its recruitment processes to adapt to the changes brought by the COVID-19 pandemic including its online assessment centre. Also, he will be offering advice on what to expect regarding online interviews.
