CatSci Ltd are proud to announce that two of our members will be hosting a virtual event on LabLinks on Thursday 20th January 2022 on the Process Design of Active Ingredients Using Biotransformations. Dr Alan Steven, our Senior Principal Scientist, has organised the event, while one of our Senior Scientists, Dr Alice Dunbabin, will be hosting the session. The day will explore enzyme engineering and their use in a cell-free form to enable sustainable chemical manufacturing.

The free virtual event will comprise of a series of talks from industrial experts discussing how to best use enzymes to make active pharmaceutical ingredients. The event speakers are as follows:

Dr Elin Stridfeldt, Lead Researcher at EnginZyme
Dr Marc Hayes, Business Development Manager at Enzymaster Deutschland GmbH
