CatSci Ltd are incredibly proud to announce that Dr Raj Gill<\/a> has joined us as our new Head of Scientific Operations. Raj\u2019s appointment is the latest pivotal step in CatSci\u2019s ambitious growth strategy as we continue our mission of always offering more and better to our customers to meet their evolving portfolio needs. <\/p>\n

We are extremely excited about welcoming Raj into the CatSci family. She brings with her a breadth of expertise with nearly 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, providing both scientific and operational leadership to successfully deliver projects and achieve business targets. <\/p>\n

Raj\u2019s experience spans from drug product development through to delivering business operations, which makes her the perfect candidate to lead CatSci\u2019s Scientific Operations team in the next phase of our evolution. She has a proven record of leading cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams, successfully delivering on business objectives from inception to completion with a focus on strategic, commercial and operational goals. <\/p>\n

Raj said: \u201cI am excited about joining the CatSci team at a pivotal point in their evolution, and helping them achieve their vision. My role will be to ensure all teams are aligned in our processes. This will allow us to further harness the scientific excellence of CatSci\u2019s team and continue to deliver the exceptional customer service that customers have come to expect from the company. I will be bringing my wealth of experience as well as a fresh perspective and a vision-driven approach to decision making, strategic planning and implementation to ensure the business objectives are realised, while maintaining the great culture that CatSci has created over the past 11 years.\u201d <\/p>\n

CatSci is going from strength to strength as we continue to relentlessly pursue our mission and expedite and de-risk the development of best-in-class medicines. Raj\u2019s appointment is the latest action in our ambitious expansion, following the recent appointment of Dr Jerome Theobald as our new Chief Operating Officer<\/a> and the significant investment from Keensight Capital<\/a>.
