His strong vision has been critical to CatSci\u2019s capabilities expansion from being a catalyst screening provider in 2011 to the innovation partner for medicines development that it is today.<\/p>\n<p>Under Ross\u2019 leadership, CatSci successfully secured a \u00a33 million investment and is on track to deliver three new laboratories in Cardiff and has recently opened a second site in Dagenham ahead of schedule. This investment will allow the company to further enhance its process chemistry, material science, analytical science and pre-formulation capabilities to offer strategic value to our customers\u2019 journey from molecule to medicine. Also, it will allow us to create over 500 high-value jobs by 2030 solidifying the UK\u2019s position as a key player in the global pharmaceutical development industry.<\/p>\n<p>Ross has been instrumental in developing the CatSci 4.0 strategy \u2013 aligning with Pharma 4.0 to become a \u201cDigital First, Intelligent Automation Next\u201d company. Through this digital transformation our scientists will be able to deliver innovative solutions to customers even more efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2015, The Medicine Maker\u2019s Power list aim to celebrate the most influential figures in small molecule, biopharmaceuticals and advanced medicine.
