There will be&nbsp;scientific presentations and motivational workshops on themes relevant to women and allies undertaking a career in Organic Chemistry. Recent evidence demonstrates a gender imbalance within the Organic Chemistry field, and this event is a fantastic initiative that aims to encourage women to enter and maintain careers in science. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CatSci are thrilled to be sponsoring the EWOC Conference.
